KampTerra Account Deletion

KampTerra users can request deletion of their account and associated app data from inside the KampTerra app or by contacting support. Users can also request deletion of specific data without deleting their account.
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open KampTerra and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Select Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access your account, email support@kampterra.com from the email address associated with your KampTerra account and request account deletion.
Request Deletion Of Specific Data
To request deletion of specific data while keeping your KampTerra account, email support@kampterra.com from the email address associated with your account. Include the type of data you want deleted, such as forum posts, replies, campsite comments, marketplace listings, user-submitted campsites, profile images, favorites, chats, or other account content. We may need to verify account ownership before completing the request.
Data Deleted
Account deletion removes your KampTerra account profile and associated active app data, including profile information, posts, replies, listings, campsite comments, favorites, chats, and user-submitted campsites.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or payment/subscription recordkeeping. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before routine deletion.
Subscriptions
Deleting your KampTerra account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
